“I can’t recommend Hani enough as a building manager in JVC, Dubai. He was incredibly helpful in resolving the issues I was experiencing with my old apartment, and his level of professionalism and care truly exceeded my expectations. His communication was always fast, clear, and efficient, and he made me feel heard by taking my concerns seriously from the very beginning. Hani went above and beyond to ensure I got the support and solutions I needed. Thanks to his efforts, I was moved to a new, more spacious apartment, and the entire transition was handled incredibly quickly and smoothly. He a stressful and complicated process feel much easier. What really stood out to me was his genuine willingness to help. He even offered to assist with moving larger furniture, which was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much he genuinely cares about the residents. Hani is an outstanding building manager who is responsive, understanding, and proactive. His dedication to ensuring residents are comfortable and well taken care of truly deserves recognition.”

“Mr. Azhar is the head of maintenance team at Rocky real estate company responsible for ensuring maintenance done on time. And most all his team members are honest hard working people, particularly the guys who do the actual work. I have no issues let them come to my home as I know for fact they will do their best, using creativity, knowledge and all tools they have in their hands. Mr. Azhar had made sure my most recent and challenging issue was sorted in a timely manner. The team member Ajay is our plumber. Always finds a solution and does a clean job. I expect nothing less going forward.”
