“I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Mr. Moncy George and his team. We recently experienced issues with both of our air conditioning units. As you know, the summer months in Dubai, especially July and August, are extremely challenging without air conditioning. With our 10-year-old son at home during the school holidays, it was a particularly stressful situation. Mr. Moncy handled the matter with exceptional professionalism and urgency.
