Who is Nakheel?

Founded in 2003 and managed by HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Nakheel Properties was established to expand Dubai's shoreline.

Nakheel Properties' portfolio covers over 15,000 hectares of land and is home to over 700,000 people. In addition to residential properties, Nakheel owns and operates major retail hotspots, including Dragon Mart, Ibn Battuta Mall, and more.
