Telesales Agent
About the job
Rocky Real Estate is seeking a motivated and pro-active Telesales agent to generate high-quality leads, engage potential clients, and support the growth of our real estate sales pipeline.
This role is ideal for a confident communicator with excellent sales and negotiation skills, experience in telesales or customer engagement, and the ability to build strong client relationships while consistently achieving call, lead generation, and conversion targets.
Key responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads to qualify interest and identify sales opportunities
Manage inbound enquiries professionally, providing accurate information about listings, availability and pricing
Book appointments and property viewings for the field sales team and follow up on scheduled meetings
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all calls and client interactions in the CRM
Work closely with agents and management to pass on high-quality leads and support timely deal progression
Hit individual and team KPIs, including call volume, contact rate and appointment conversion
Continuously develop knowledge of Dubai property markets, developments and promotions
Skills and qualities we are looking for:
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing or customer service, ideally within real estate, finance or retail
Confident, clear and professional telephone manner with strong listening skills
Target-driven, motivated by results and able to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent record-keeping and basic CRM experience
Professional attitude, punctuality and reliable time management
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
