Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage client leads for off-plan and secondary properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches
Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan and/or secondary preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- RERA certification is an advantage
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
